I founded Root Atelier in 2012 with the idea that clothing should be more than just an object. Clothing can create a connection.

I am Eugen Lods, the founder, designer, and creative director of the brand.

I use my visual language to constantly expand the aesthetics of Root Atelier and to create a new technical vocabulary that solidifies the brand’s position as a unique and authentic entity in the streetwear sector.

My products are meticulously handcrafted in Germany, Italy, Turkey, and Portugal. I work exclusively with companies that I have personally visited and selected, placing great importance on fair and monitored working conditions as well as exceptionally high-quality materials.
