Payment Process

In general, you have various payment methods to choose from. The charge to your credit card or bank account occurs immediately after processing your order, usually on the same working day.

Available Payment Methods:

1. Purchase on Invoice

Choose the payment method "Klarna Invoice Purchase" and submit your order. After a successful credit check, your order will be confirmed, typically within a few seconds. Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive your invoice.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation, shipping information, and the invoice from us. Klarna will prompt you for payment, and you will receive all payment details with the payment request.

2. PayPal

Sign up for free and link your bank account or credit card. Choose PayPal when paying, and you will be directed to a secure payment page. After payment, your item will be shipped without RootAtelier seeing your bank details.

3. Credit Card

For online payments, you need to provide the credit card number, expiration date, and card verification number. These details, if known by anyone, can be used for online purchases under your name. Therefore, do not disclose them to unauthorized persons. Your PIN is not required by any reputable merchant.

4. Prepayment

You transfer the money directly to our bank account, either through your home bank or the Sofort service. You will receive our bank details via email.

Refund

In case of a successful return, the credit will be refunded to the originally used payment method. Please allow a processing time of approximately 5-10 working days.
